12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Status Value LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the Services. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) USD $100 or (b) amounts you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Forum

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the state in which Status Value LLC is principally organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in courts of competent jurisdiction over Status Value LLC's principal place of business, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts, except where prohibited by law.

14. Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, claims must be brought only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.

15. Changes to Terms
